For passengers utilizing our pre-arranged ground transportation to the Orange Line train terminal: 

The vehicle will be waiting for you upon arrival at Chicago Midway / Odyssey. From there you can pick up the Orange Line train to the city. The train station is connected by a covered concourse (8 minute walk) to the main terminal at Midway Airport where you can pick up any other ground transportation that you may have arranged. Ground transportation will be provided by Ultimate Air Shuttle at no additional cost and the drop-off and pick-up location will be the train station terminal at the Midway Airport.

VERY IMPORTANT

The departure time from the train station will be 4:50 pm (sharp!). If the Ground transportation is running late the aircraft will stand by and await its return to Odyssey. Passengers not utilizing the Ultimate Air Shuttle-arranged ground transportation must arrive at Odyssey no later than 4:50 pm.

Hertz rental car and cab service is available at Odyssey. An advance reservation is needed for these services. 

Please call Ultimate Air Shuttle office at 800-437-3931 and speak with the Front Desk or call Ultimate Air Shuttle. Arrangements for Hertz / City Cab or another cab service will be made for you. If you do business with another rental car company you will need to ride the shuttle to the train terminal and walk the concourse (8 minute walk) to pick-up and or drop-off the vehicle.

Ultimate Air Shuttle will order a taxi to city or Hertz enterprise rental car service and the requested service will be waiting for you upon arrival. This is a complimentary service provided to you. Please notify Ultimate Air Shuttle which transportation you plan to utilize prior to your trip.
